What Are Those?

My little niece is asking question a lot! Well I think that's normal to little kids since they are growing and getting more curious on how things work around them. I actually understand her since I'm also like that when I'm still small but I'm suprised when she asked me about creatine powder which she read from a broadsheet. I just answered, "Just Google it!" since she is already in front of my laptop while she asked that.
