With that oh-so-great abs & body of Taylor Lautner I am so sure that he is a certified gym rat. Because I don't think you can achieve that just by using any homemade body building equipments. You must use the fitness equipment in order to have the same body as Jacob Black of the Twilight Saga: New Moon.
