Stephen Gately aka Stephen Patrick David Gately was the Irish pop singer, songwriter and actor, who, with Ronan Keating before, was one of 2 lead singers of the 5 member pop group Boyzone.
All of Boyzone's studio albums hit number 1 in the UK, their 3rd & last being their most successful internationally. With Boyzone, Stephen Gately had a record-breaking 16 consecutive singles enter the top 5 of the UK Singles Chart.
Stephen Gately was discovered dead at an apartment he owned with Cowles in Majorca, Spain on 10 October 2009. I don't know if Stephen got Medicare supplement before that tragic day, but i really wish he's in peace now.
