Some of these celebrities failed to become famous in their own field, so they find other recourse. The others go back to school to study, but some go for the corporate route. Out from the glitz and glamour of the entertainment world, they are now working in private company.

But working on a private company is not easy as it may seem, you have to work hard and learn many things such as corporate performance management, which is very helpful so you can simplify your work. Well I guess, working on a company is better because you don't have to worry because in this world you'll never run out of 'projects'.
